Marching Unit Preview Show
Come watch the Archbishop Wood Marching Unit perform their field show on Tuesday night, September 27, at Archbishop Wood. The performance of "Jekyll & Hyde" will begin at 8:00 p.m. on the practice parking lot.

Homecoming Football Game
The 2011 Homecoming Football Game and Senior Recognition Ceremony will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 23 at William Tennent High School. For a list of all football games that the marching unit will perform at this season, visit our Fall 2011 Schedule page.

Christmas Extravaganza Concert

Cavalcade Championships
Come support the marching unit at Hersheypark Stadium in Hershey, PA this Saturday, November 13 for Cavalcade championships! The competition for the American conference begins at 6:30 p.m. and Archbishop Wood performs at 6:45 p.m. with awards following late in the evening.

General Parent Meeting
The first general parent meeting of 2010 is scheduled for Tuesday, January 19 at 6:45 p.m. in the auditorium. There are many important topics to be covered, including the indoor home show next month and Wildwood, so it is very important that at least one parent of each member come to the meeting.

Communion Breakfast
Information regarding the Communion Breakfast is now available. The Communion Breakfast will take place on Sunday, January 17.

Indoor Season - New Parent Meeting
A new parent meeting for the indoor season will be held on Tuesday, January 12 at 6:45 p.m. in the band room. This is for the parents of both indoor color guard and indoor percussion members who are new to the indoor experience, which includes families who may have participated in the outdoor season this year but are still new to the indoor season.

Championship Photos
Photos are now available from the Marching Unit's championship performance in Hershey, PA on Sunday, November 15, 2009.

Willy Wonka
A Ticket Order Form for the production of Willy Wonka is now available. The show will take place from Friday, December 11 through Sunday, December 13.

2010 Indoor Color Guard
The first meeting of the 2010 Indoor Color Guard will take place on Monday, November 30 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Archbishop Wood. The guard is open to anyone interested, so just stop on by. You did not have to be in the outdoor guard to be a part of the indoor guard.

Thank you to the members and parents of the Marching Unit for volunteering at the Craft Show on Friday, November 20 and Saturday, November 21.

Congratulations!
The Marching Unit took third place in the Cavalcade American Open conference championships on Sunday, November 15 at Hersheypark Stadium in Hershey, PA.
